The Office of Community Engagement serves as a platform connecting the City of Syracuse and Central New York with the University’s resources for mutual benefit, achieving sustainable community impact through:
Student engagement: Creating opportunities for student volunteering and mentorship which produce valued student experiences and positively contribute to community organizations.
Community engagement: Strengthening the community by using capabilities within the University to enhance or deliver programs involving education and youth development, civic engagement and economic impact.
