Westcott East Neighborhood Association
The Westcott East Neighborhood Association (WENA) is a non-profit community organization which continually seeks ways to enable its members to collectively enjoy and improve its neighborhood. Some of WENA's objectives are:
- Organizing neighborhood forums
- Fundraising
- Producing and distributing its newsletter
- Recruitment and renewal of active members
- Recognizing community service efforts
- Servings as liaisons to other neighborhood organizations
- Producing and distributing self-help information
- Assisting neighborhood residents in obtaining City services
- Organizing public safety activities
- Organizing gardening projects
- Producing public art
- Planning, constructing and maintaining kiosks
