Outer Comstock Neighborhood Association

The Outer Comstock Neighborhood Association (OCNA) is a non-profit neighborhood organization representing the area bounded by East Colvin Street, Skytop, Ainsley Drive and Brighton Avenue. OCNA was incorporated in 1979 with the following purposes:

To promote and preserve a neighborhood environment which is pleasant, attractive, safe, healthy, and otherwise conducive to the well being of the residents
To maintain the single-family residential character of the neighborhood where it exists
To encourage residents to support and participate in affairs affecting the neighborhood
To communicate neighborhood concerns to city and County officials
To strive to obtain a fair share of beneficial neighborhood public works and beautification projects

OCNA has "adopted" Comfort Tyler Park, located at the corner of Comstock Ave and East Colvin Street (across from Manley Field House), for many years and conducts annual cleanups and plantings in the park.
