Housing Visions Unlimited, Inc. is a community-based 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization established to improve quality of life by revitalizing neighborhoods for low and moderate income families.

Since its formation in February of 1990, Housing Visions has been building partnerships with other not-for-profit neighborhood, city and state organizations to aid in restoring neighborhoods that have been neglected and have declined. As a result of this combined effort, it is making affordable quality housing available for low and moderate-income families as well as transforming communities.

Housing Visions has invested over $58 million in neighborhoods in Upstate New York with an additional $37.5 million currently under construction and an additional $16 million planned. Housing Visions has completed or is developing projects in Syracuse, Utica, Auburn, Binghamton, Cortland, and Oswego, New York.
